Our images, products, pink & gold logo,, title, graphics, backgrounds and image layouts are not to be re-formatted, re-used, relisted, given away, changed, revised, decompiled in whole or in part for any reason. I worked really hard to come up with my very own unique product display and would appreciate if no one duplicates our ideas or steals our images to use them on their website, auction sites, on Etsy, Amazon, marketing materials etc.

All designs have been created by Shop Lulu Bean Shop or it's licensors. I take copyright infringement seriously, and any one caught abusing our policies will be required to correct the issue immediately. If we do not receive compliance from the offending party/individual/seller. Etsy, Social Networks, Ecommerce Site, or the website companies hosting company will be notified of the copyright infringement. All copyrights should be respected and upheld. 

If any part of our listing i.e. title, description, images are duplicated or we find that our products or images have been stolen. We will contact our attorneys and will take immediate action.

We really hate to even have to state this but we see images and products stolen everyday and want to protect our intellectual property rights.

Before ordering, please be sure to check my current turnaround time posted on my homepage and all of my listings.  My calendar fills VERY QUICKLY so please, if you're interested in ordering, please do not wait.

 


Shipping Method

I ship through the USPS (everyday post office mail) and all tutu outfits are shipped Priority 2/3 day delivery. Priority mail delivery USUALLY takes two or three days. My personal experience with the USPS is exceptional but they do sometimes take longer than their estimated delivery times or packages are slightly lost- ESPECIALLY DURING THE HOLIDAYS. The Post Office does not guarantee delivery of any package unless its shipped Express so if you'd like a *guaranteed* delivery date, please add Express shipping rate to your order at checkout.

I promise to ship your order with more time for delivery than the Post Office says it will take to deliver. If you have any concern that it will not arrive on time, please go with Express shipping. Please note that if your package is delivered late, or lost there are no refunds as Lulu Bean is NOT responsible for packages once they ship from the studio. Express shipping is always available.
 
Late Packages
 
As much as every shop owner hates to admit it, sometimes packages are late- there's no way around it. I cannot stress enough- the ONLY method of guaranteed delivery is EXPRESS. Packages are usually delivered 2/3 days after shipping but they do sometimes take longer and a package is delivered late.
 
You always have the option to add on Express Shipping within 1 week of ordering your outfit to upgrade to Express shipping.
If you order from my shop and your package is delivered late, you will not receive a refund. For a guaranteed delivery date, YOU MUST SHIP EXPRESS. And by purchasing from me, you FULLY AND COMPLETELY AGREE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS. YOU MUST SHIP EXPRESS TO RECEIVE A GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE.
 
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Yes, I sure do. Keep in mind the production time is still the same and international shipping is available at checkout.
 
CAN I CANCEL? 

Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of ordered placed by emailing shoplulubean@yahoo.com.

** If you fail to read the giant announcement about the production time and your event date is sooner than the posted date, you will be offered a rush order. If you're not wanting to continue with a rush order, your order will be canceled and refunded minus a cancellation fee.
 
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS? 

. REFUNDS ARE ONLY GIVEN WHEN: Lulu Bean has sent out the wrong item. If we sent out the wrong item that was not what you included in your order details when you ordered. We will without a doubt issue you a refund plus issue you a refund for any shipping cost associated with shipping the item to you and return shipping cost.
As everything is made just for you,  I cannot cancel or refund. (unless order has been canceled in 24 hours of purchase)
 
WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES? 

Please be sure to provide proper sizing information, age, colors and any other pertinent product information on your invoice as each item is made just for you and I cannot accept exchanges
I do not offer exchanges for the following:
1. Item did not fit. We list all the sizes in each listings under sizes. Please make sure to measure your little one or your self before ordering to make sure the item(s) fit properly. If you are not sure if an item will fit. Please make sure to contact us for suggestions. 
2. Birthday items or personalized items
3. Because you do not like the item once you get it.
4. Because an item did not arrive on time especially if it did not arrive due to the post office delaying shipment. Your order details have your tracking number listed. You can track the progress of your shipment by going to http://usps.com

Changes? Can They Be Done?
Regarding order changes:

I love to make changes to my outfits, it keeps my company fresh and gives me new things to make. If you're wanting to make changes, YOU MUST EMAIL ME BEFORE ORDERING. DO NOT ORDER WITH CHANGES UNLESS YOU'VE CONFIRMED THE CHANGES WITH ME BEFOREHAND.

For example- do NOT order a yellow and gold outfit from my shop and write on your invoice to add purple or green. I will NOT do that. The items I ship must match the items purchased. I'm always very happy to make changes to outfits but the changes have to be discussed prior to ordering so I know what shade of color change you're wanting or where you're wanting the color added.
 
**Please Note: I'm a mom who works from home and if I make a mistake on an item, I will correct it. You MUST notify me within 24 hours of delivery (According to USPS Delivery Confirmation, not the day you decided to open the package) so I can correct my error.
If you notify me of an error after your event date has passed, there are no corrections .

When your package arrives, please double check size, name spelling and etc. and if an error has been made, let me know immediately either via email at shoplulubean@yahoo.com or Instagram @shoplulubean_glamsparklelife. I will send a return label for you to send the item back.

I MUST HAVE THE INCORRECT PIECE RETURNED TO ME PROMPTLY BEFORE I WILL REMAKE IT, NO EXCEPTIONS

I work with a lot of different textiles (tulle, ribbon, fabric) a
nd no textile will EVER be identical in color to another textile. Because ribbon is made from a different material than tulle, I will always do my best to match them together but they will never be identical. The photos you view are a great representation of what you will receive if you decide to order.
